We rear an average of more than 7000 pigs, dairy buffaloes and dairy cows.
Our livestock farms are located in Friuli, Veneto and Lazio. We pay particular attention to all aspects of animal welfare which is constantly and meticulously monitored, not just by the competent authorities, but above all by our farm managers’ severe and sincere love for the animals. They are the harshest judges!
Part of the milk produced is sold, while most of the milk from the Veneto buffalo farm goes to our cheese factory where we make artisan mozzarella and mature cheeses from buffalo milk… and we even use it to make ice cream!

Our cheese factory
Buffaloes are splendid animals, curious and intelligent. They also produce an incredibly tasty milk which we use to make wonderful cheeses: first and foremost mozzarella, but also mature cheeses. We have put all our efforts into turning this precious food into artisan cheeses in our small wholly-owned cheese factory alongside the dairy farm.
Mozzarella of course, together with other fresh cheeses. But also yoghurt, ice cream and, unusually, even mature cheeses, a real rarity made from 100% buffalo milk and an example being followed elsewhere in Italy. Set up in 2012, the cheese factory is a thriving and remarkable business, producing 100% Made-in-Friuli local buffalo mozzarella for sale in northern Italy
